Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at LovInYoustyle.

We strive to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible, however, please note that delays will be observed in the handling, transportation and delivery at the final destination due to the COVID 19 Pandemic.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping costs vary depending on the weight and volume of the products (including packaging) and according to the destination country.

Shipping costs are calculated at the time of completing an order (check-out) and the details are presented to the customer before payment.

Orders are shipped within the next 3 working days after payment confirmation.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive the email from us with your tracking number within 1-2 days.

We ship your items from Portugal (where we are based), using our local Post courier.

  • European Union (EU) countries - 3 to 10 working days
  • Non EU countries - 15 to 20 working days
  • Portugal (mainland) - up to 3 working days

Please note : The above is an estimation. LovInYoustyle is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer nor in the event of any delays in shipping and delivery due to force of nature or other uncontrollable events.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. If your order incurs any customs or duties fees, you will be required to cover the costs.

LovInYoustyle has no control over these charges and we can't tell you what the cost would be, as custom policies and import duties are different from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

Damages

We do our best to ensure your order reaches you in a perfect condition, however LovInYoustyle is not liable for any products damages or lost during shipping.
