Shipping & Delivery 

All products at Crafted by Souls are made to order.

Because your piece is prepared especially for you, please allow additional time for production before your order is shipped. Production times may vary depending on the product, artisan, materials and level of craftsmanship involved.

We believe that handmade pieces should not be rushed. Small variations in colour, texture, finish or appearance may occur and are part of what makes each handcrafted piece unique.

We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders with delivery within 6-8 days.

Whether your order is travelling across Portugal or to another part of the world, shipping is included at no additional cost.

Once your order has been completed and carefully prepared, it will be shipped to the address provided at checkout.

Processing & Shipping Times

Because our products are made to order, your order goes through two stages:

1. Production
Your item is carefully made or prepared by our artisan partner. Production time varies according to the product.

2. Shipping
Once your order is ready, it is packaged and dispatched. Delivery time depends on your destination and the shipping service available for your order.

Please remember that the estimated delivery time begins after the production period, not from the date your order is placed.

Order Tracking

When tracking information is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation with the relevant tracking details.

Please keep an eye on your email after your order has been dispatched.

International Orders

We ship worldwide.

International delivery times can vary due to customs procedures, local postal services, holidays, weather conditions or other circumstances outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

For orders shipped internationally, any customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country may be the responsibility of the customer.

Please note : Crafted by Souls is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer nor in the event of any delays in shipping and delivery due to force of nature or other uncontrollable events.

We do not ship to PO boxes, APO (Army Post Office) and FPO (Fleet Post Office).

Damages

We do our best to ensure your order reaches you in a perfect condition, however Crafted by Souls is not liable for any products damages or lost during shipping.
