Chips cover the bowl and stop partway up, and the foot is covered as well. The short stem between them carries a metal collar. Metal runs along the edge of the stone and into the gaps between the chips, finishing against the bare glass in an uneven line rather than a straight one.

Using It
The stem is short and the foot carries stone, so this one is held around the bowl rather than by the stem. Wash by hand in warm water, keep the stone out of a long soak, and dry it straight after. Do not put it in the dishwasher. The metal will not rub off with handling.
